ABOUT ME

I'm a Radio Announcer which means I talk for a living... you should listen.

My name is Ruby Carr.  I’ve had a wild ride from mornings on 101.3 The Bounce (now Virgin Radio) in Halifax to mornings on Z95.3 in Vancouver and then a stop in Toronto for mornings on 102.1 The Edge.  I didn't know what else to tell you so I asked my Mom to write something and for some reason this is what she sent:

"Ruby took ballet at Halifax Dance, though I don't think she was enthusiastic about ballet... it was my dream. I got her to enroll in ballet by bribing her with chocolate pudding. She was 5-years-old and we were walking past Halifax Dance where all these little ballet dancers were sitting on a wall outside eating chocolate pudding. I told Ruby that if she took ballet, she'd get chocolate pudding too.

It worked."

And I will still work for chocolate pudding to this day.
